The Ray County Board of Services (RCBS) was established through the vision and advocacy of local families who wanted better opportunities for individuals with developmental disabilities in Ray County.
RCBS is responsible for overseeing local tax levy funds and ensuring those resources are used effectively to meet the needs of individuals and families in our community.

Located at 201–203 W Thornton in Richmond. Newly remodeled 1-bedroom units with walk-in showers coming soon.
Located at 400 E South in Richmond. Convenient apartments within walking distance to local shops.
Both locations include shared indoor gathering spaces, outdoor patio seating, and a gas grill.
